Very disappointed with DVD and customer service!

The Bottom Line: dvd unit nonfunctional after 3 mos. Customer service poor, replacement product did not work from factory packaging. would not but this one again
Review: We had problems with our MPD820 at 3 mos of age (right at warranty expiration) We were told when we contacted Philips/Magnavox Customer Service to just go and buy another DVD unit, as the repair or exchange/replacement was not going to happen. I...
