Low end name brand 2008 42" 720P plasma HDTV

The Bottom Line: I cannot recommend the Panasonic TH-42PX80U. If you have the money, buy a Pioneer. If you don't, buy the Samsung or try a Visio.
Review: Soon after buying the 2008 Samsung 42" 720P PN42A450 plasma HDTV I moved it to the children's room and bought the directly competing Panasonic TH-42PX80U to replace it. My hope was that the Panasonic would program in and save more cable channels...
