Paul says it has durability, great audio, a helpful speaker phone option, caller id, and many more outstanding features. Pros: speaker phone, caller id, mute and lower volume option Cons: I would like to program the phone so certain people can't call me (i.e., telemarketers & bill collectors)., Allow it to be used as an alarm with song to wake me up in the morning., Free international long distance around the world.
