Paper keeps jamming up

Pros: Uses plain paper, have two voice mailboxes and help function prints out commands.

Cons: Paper jams easily, no output tray for original docs, overbearing answering machine.

The Bottom Line: If you can find a more reliable machine that doesn't suck in two pages at once, go for that one. Unless you like all the features that this one have.

Pros: I like the all in one design which saves space on your desk.

Cons: Double feeds two pieces of paper at once when faxing. Paper jams when receiving fax.
