Pros: Great GUI, high speed Ev-Do, good build quality, lots of potential, AWESOME CAMERA
Cons: keyboard, no data tethering, battery life on the weak side, some software issues.
The Bottom Line: Palm delivers an iPhone3G alternative (not an iPhone killer) by taking the iPhone's strengths and adding multitasking, a great camera and smart gesturing.

Palm Pre is a Great IPhone Alternative

Pros: Great operating system, very slick user inteface, affordable plans.
Cons: Poor battery life, limited apps compared to IPhone.

Pros: Clear display, good sound quality, pic quality, notifications, intuitive contact management, integration w/twitter/facebook/AIM/google calendar
Cons: no video, few ringtones, 8GB, refuses to cook or do windows.
The Bottom Line: If you value smooth integration of contacts, various social networks, calendars, etc. all onto one phone, over video or ringtones, this is great!
