Effective, much safer than clippers; noise may be a factor

The Bottom Line: This is safer than clippers and worth the expense, but may require training your pooch. A dog afraid of clippers would need that too, though.
Review: I bought this for one of my dogs who just has a weird quick and thick, thick nails (hard to clip through, clipping puts pressure on the quick, and the thick claw hides the very end of the quick). Trimming with clippers is not an option at all with...

The Bottom Line: The Oster Nail Grinder Kit is the pet owner and groomer's new best friend (aside from your dog, of course :))
Review: I have had dogs all of my life. Big ones, small ones, just about every size in between. Most have been outside, but a few have actually been allowed in the house. But for whichever dog we had at the time, my family likes to keep their nails trimmed...
