To Apply: Adjust strap to approximate fit. Working from behind the dog?s head, hold straps, slip muzzle over snout. Place straps around neck. Snap buckle. Pull strap snug. The Bottom Line: great for preventing barking, biting, chewing; dog can still whine, lick, drink, breathe, pant; open-ended, so not 100% safe from all contact
