The Nextar P3 GPS mobile navigation system assures that your days of getting lost are over. Finding an address or any one of 1.6 million points of interest, such as the nearest gas station or restaurant, is a snap anywhere in the U.S. Just enter information in the P3's 3.5 inch touch screen and let the voice prompt and detailed map guide you to the destination. The P3's built in MP3 player will entertain you with your favorite tunes while en route. Just copy your favorite play list onto an SD card and insert into the slot. The P3 moves easily from car to car using the supplied windshield or dash mount. A rechargeable lithium ion battery assures that the unit stays active. The Nextar P3 will provide you with worry free navigation on even the most complex routes! This product comes with 1GB built in Flash memory, SD card slot for MP3 play/ Requires SD Card, not included, and a built in front speaker. Minimize

Nextar P3 is a great GPS for $99.00 - super easy to use -

Pros: price, effectiveness, ease of operation (especially suctioncup mount), carry case, volume's clarity and loudness

Cons: takes apx 2 minutes to find signal - It doesn't have street-to-text - so what!

The Bottom Line: buy one - super easy to use, you won't get lost, very easy to use windshield suction cup mounting

Affordable GPS that works well out of the box

Pros: Inexpensive, easy-use, Map & 1.6M POIs on 1GB SDcard, sturdy, portable, also charges via USB

Cons: US Map only, upgrade support questionable, no text-to-speech

The Bottom Line: Excellent GPS for the price. Not top of the line, but an affordable and easy to use entry-level model. Seems sturdy and dependable. Hopefully map updates will be forthcoming.
