The Bottom Line: Great production quality, beautiful to watch. Worthwhile addition to a Yoga or Pilates collection, decent add-on to other programs bacause it's way short on cardio.
Review: Usually, I'm a weight training and aerobics buff. I have some Yoga videos, I've tried Pilates, and I know that stretching is an important part of an overall fitness routine, but it just doesn't seem like I'm working hard enough.

The New York City Ballet Workout DVD - An Alternative, but Needs Improvement

The Bottom Line: A good toning workout - don't expect to be sweating and huffing and puffing at the end.
