Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara -- I will stick to their Weightless Volume mascara instead.

The Bottom Line: Product delivered soft, full, natural-looking lashes. I had undereye flakes at the end of the day, though. Clumped a teeny bit going on. Wouldn't say don't try, but wouldn't "recommend."
Review: I bought this product, Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara in Carbon Black, at Target a few days ago. I paid $6.99 plus tax.

The product promised:
400% thicker lashes
flexible (not stiff) lashes
no clumping or flaking
"healthy"...
