This technology quickly sears your food, locking in flavor and juices. There is also a standard rear infrared rear rotisserie burner with a heavy duty rotisserie light. You can cook in the dark and still produce a perfect roast or chicken. The porcelainized cast iron WAVE reversible channel cooking grids hold the drippings that will keep your foods moist. Having a side burner offers you the ability to cook your main course on the grill surface and utilize the side burner for vegetables, sauces or soups.
