The Bottom Line: If you want a cool pair of radios buy these but not if you really want range. they don't work very well over far distances.

NOT At Home On The "RANGE"....

The Bottom Line: I recommend them to someone POSSIBLY and ONLY if they live in the country with NO buildings around.
Review: OK, I admit it. I assumed these would be more of a toy than a tool. I was right. Up to 18 mile range? Maybe if someone put me in outer space with them. On Earth? NOT anywhere we tried them.

I live in a flat suburban area. Range is LESS...
