RADIOLOGICAL POWERHOUSE

Pros: Good range...nice feel..controls are easy to understand..Comes with a 3 year warranty

Cons: Doesn't give 8-10 miles range..expect 4-6

The Bottom Line: I highly recommend the g300..The range is not as advertised but still better than other radios I've tried..Comes with a 3 year warranty which aint bad

Not Recommended for hunting

Pros: Looks, simplicity, batt life

Cons: Low range, LOUD no matter what, Batt life meter

The Bottom Line: Look somewhere else for range or for hunting. Best range over open water was 1 mile, others in my group used theirs up to 3 miles.
