Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 is just what I was looking for!

Review: After much research on photo imaging software, I decided to go with Microsoft. It has worked flawlessly, not once causing a problem with my computer operation. The editing tools are many and they are very easy to use with only a little practice.
