The standard interior features of the 2003 Mazda Protege include a tilt steering wheel, cloth upholstery, a split folding rear seat, AM/FM/CD player, digital clock, intermittent wipers, front bucket seats, map lights, and remote fuel-door/decklid release. The LX and ES models are also provided with air conditioning, cruise control, power locks, windows, and mirrors, a tachometer, remote entry system, and a height-adjustable driver seat. The ES model also has a superior sound system

2003 MAZDA MAZDASPEED PROTEGE - Fun Driving At A Reasonable Price

The Bottom Line: Great addition to the sport-compact category.
Review: Mazda is beginning to elbow its way to the front of the sport-compact category. The Mazdaspeed is a great 4-door speedster. Now, this is nothing compared to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII but it is still a great car.
