Maytag: The Portable Air Conditioner That Really Works

Pros: Very good cooling power, digital thermostat, remote control, timer, "drip-free" moisture removal.
Cons: Quieter than most portable air conditioners, but still noisier than a quiet window unit.
The Bottom Line: With excellent cooling power and many useful features, the Maytag is the best portable air conditioner I've seen.

Review: Is it a surprise to find a $600 appliance that actually works as it is supposed to work? Well, if you're talking about portable air conditioners, the answer is a very definite, "Yes."

Great for Allergy Sufferers!
