It Was a Tough Decision, But So Far So Good!

Pros: Efficiency, convenience, ease of use, attractiveness

Cons: Cost, possible need for extended service contract

The Bottom Line: Doing laundry is no longer a dreaded task thanks to my Neptune washer (and matching dryer). I'm very pleased so far!
