These Maxell headphones are really pure garbage

Cons: Sound like coming in from the inside of an empty Coke can.

Review: I've just wrote an opinion at Amazon regarding these 1-star-only-and-what-a-pity-there-is-no-zero-star-category
These headphones really suck. They have the WORST sound I've ever heard in a pair of headphones with a 16-2000Hz frequency response...

Pros: Cheap
Cons: lousy sound
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I bought a pair of these for $5 and returned them the next day. The sound quality was horrible. I might buy them for a child who won't care about audio quality and is likely to lose or abuse a nicer pair.

Comically bad

Pros: Cheap, lightweight
Cons: They break almost instantly
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I picked up these headphones for cheap (about $12) because my nicer pair developed a short when I was on vacation. I figured the Maxells would hold me over for a few days and then I'd get a decent set when I got back home.
The sound is terrible...
