20 pounds in 2 1/2 months

The Bottom Line: This book changed my whole concept of eating with positive results. I lost 20 pounds, feel energized, and have no intention of going back to my old way of eating.
Review: This book outlines a healthy way of eating that will show you how you can lose weight and keep it off. Personally I lost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months! I am thrilled! Better than that I've lost 2 inches off my waist and had to go out clothes...

The Bottom Line: Considering you can get a used copy of this 1997 book ?dirt-cheap?, it?s a worthy introduction to Zone basics. But ?A Week in the Zone? is a still handier book.

The Bottom Line: I would suggest reading the book for some basic principles to follow. But to actually get in the Zone I found extremely difficult.
