Beware of Magellan products

Pros: Used to be a good company particularly prior to being bought out 2 years ago

Cons: Will not support a GPS product that was sold up through December of 2005.

Review: Be careful with Magellan products. Their support is absolutely terrible. I recently performed a software update from their website on my Meridian Color GPS unit which locked the unit up during the updating process leaving the unit completely inoperative. ...
