Can't handle 1GB CF card

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it if you ever use a 1GB CF card.
Review: I bought this card reader because I recently bought a Sandisk Ultra II 1GB CF card for my Canon 10D, and it takes too long to download 1GB of files directly from the camera. The card reader works fine with my 256MB CF cards, but only inconsistently...

The Bottom Line: A definite reccomendation. It was perfect except for the too short USB cable.
Review: This is a great little 6-in-1 reader and not bad for it's price.
Aesthetics and usability
The flip cover of this unit is a little odd but when opened it angles the unit upwards, which I appreciate. It has 2 little rubber pads in the back...

compact design, works flawlessly w/my 1gb sd card

Review: another reviewer complained that it doesn't work w/1gb cf card so i had some reservations but when i plugged in my 1gb sd card it performed flawlessly. maybe that's the difference between cf & sd...not sure (maybe user error? :)) but for my sd card...
