This TIE Interceptor completes Lego’s TIE collection of models, which consists of a TIE Fighter (used in all the Star Wars movies, a TIE Bomber (also from Return of the Jedi, and Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter from the original Star Wars movie. Features of this ship include a hinged canopy on the cockpit and an instrument panel that folds down. The model comes with a TIE pilot minifig, who fits within the cockpit to fly the TIE Interceptor. A quick build, the TIE Interceptor takes about 30 minutes to construct with some help from the illustrated instructions. Minimize

Pros: Awesome looking finished product, nice colors, impressive size.

Cons: Prone to breakage, hard to display.

The Bottom Line: Prepared to face off against Darth Vader? Then you better have something quicker and more equipped than the TIE Interceptor!
