The Bottom Line: I would only recommend this unit for an unoccupied, less than 800 sf area with temps above 65F.  Do not keep a unit with a Hichly compressor.

A Rare Find - Best Dehumidifier I've Owned

The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a quiet and efficient medium-size dehumidifier, look no further.
Review: I replaced a rattling, two-year-old energy-sucking Whirlpool with this unit. All I can say is I'm actually impressed at how quiet this one is. I measured the noise level with my dB meter, and it's about 6 dB quieter than the Whirlpool, but it's not...
