LG is NG, DOA and with unacceptable service

Pros: NONE --unacceptable product with unacceptable service

Cons: SEE ABOVE

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it. DOA. Two weeks after installation, still doesn't work. Incompetent service and support. You can do better with Kenmore, etc. An awful experience.

Review: Washer and dryer were delivered and installed on 5/3/07. Purchased from J.A. Madison (another story). Washer worked but dryer did everything but heat. Called LG service line and had to convince them that, Yes, it was properly installed, etc. etc. ...
