Product Description

Director Steve Oedekerk (ACE VENTURA: WHEN NATURE CALLS) wrote, produced, and stars in this this goofy spoof of martial arts movies, which he created by re-dubbing and digitally inserting himself into a 1976 Kung Fu film called TIGER AND CRANE FIST. Oedekerk plays The Chosen One (so named because of his magic tongue) who grows up in the wild after his family is murdered by the evil Master Pain--who later changes his name to Betty. Hunted and attacked continuously, The Chosen One eventually finds shelter at the Crane School, where he falls in love with a squealing maiden (Jennifer Tung) and figures out how to avenge his parents' death. He also encounters a woman with a very unusual breast, French aliens, an animated spirit father styled after THE LION KING, a martial arts-expert cow, and other digitally animated wonders. Review: I apologise right now for even considering to write a review on this movie. I'm trying to train myself to write more in general - and I haven't written a negative review in a while. Of course, this review will be more painful for me to write than...

Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist a Very Bad Movie.

Date of Review:  Jun 17, 2003
The Bottom Line: I would not rent or buy this movie. I would rather eat wombat testicles than watch this again. But the star of this movie does look like mfunk75.
Review: Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist failed to learn what I have learned over 50 years ago - If you are going to be stupid, you better be funny.

This movie did provide exactly three very minor chuckles but the pure stupidity and child like behavior...

"I Need a Pound of Nuts, Please. THAT'S A LOT OF NUTS!!!!"

Date of Review:  May 10, 2003
The Bottom Line: Silly, Dumb, and Irreverant, "Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist" is still one hilarious kung fu spoof from Steve Oedekerk.
Review:
The past few years saw a horde of lowbrow comedies, some were good and the rest of them sucked. 2002 s lineup of lowbrow films was no exception since many lowbrow comedies drew bad reviews from moviegoers and film critics. Early in the year,...
