The Bottom Line: Reliability is a real issue with some of the cheap plastic parts on this machine. Things happen, it is how you fix those things that makes or breaks a company.
Review: Purchased the machine in January of 2007, worked really well and was very happy with it. In August of 2007 the steaming wand stopped working properly. Phoned Whirlpool support, which handles warranty work for KitchenAid, and was given a work order...
