The KDC-X769 features the hot new 3D MASK 2-piece control and display system. The control panel includes easy-to-use Soft Key Controls, and it slides forward to reveal an extra-large multi-mode hi-resolution color display with new graphics and a large dot matrix readout. The control panel and display have adjustable angles to maximize visibility and convenience. The KDC-X769 plays CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs. It has a built-in 50 watts x 4 amplifier, high-pass & low-pass electronic crossovers and gold-plated 5-volt front, rear & non-fading pre-outs for easy system expansion. Its System Q-EX Sound Control offers preset EQ curves like Jazz, Rock, and Pop for customizing your music, and you can also use its bass, midrange, and treble tone controls for further fine-tuning. The KDC-X769 is SIRIUS satellite-, HD Radio- and Kenwood Music Keg-ready, and Dual-Zone capable. A grip-type remote control comes standard.

Kenwood Excelon In Dash CD (KDC-X769)

Review: Overall very well setup unit. This is one of the better Kenwood stereo's I have owned not only is the display
much better but being able to adjust the angles of the display for better visibility.

Kenwood KDC-X769 In-Dash CD Player.

Review: I just replaced my 18 month old KDC X817 after the display died. I got my X769 from eBay reconditioned for 150.00 delivered. I was not really prepared for how very cool the design is and now that it is in my dash I really love the way the face...
