The Bottom Line: Sirius is amazing! The unit is probably the best FM modulator, but if you have the money you might consider a new head unit for even better sound.

The Bottom Line: Want Sirius? This seems the best way, if your car radio isn't Sirius ready.
Review: First - a brief word on Satellite radio:

Basically, with satellite radio you get about 100 channels of music and talk, with genres ranging from classical to hard-core rock to rap, with talk ranging from News channels to religious to kids...
