Product Description

 
Budding teenage journalist Terry Griffith (Joyce Hyser) can't seem to get a break--her good looks inspire drooling from her sexist male teachers, while her "perfect" college boyfriend just wants her as a trophy. So when she's rejected for an internship, she goes undercover at a rival school for a second chance--as a boy. While undercover, Terry must fend off a bully (William Zabka) and a potential girlfriend (Sherilyn Fenn). But true gender-bending chaos results when she falls for classmate Rick (Clayton Rohner). JUST ONE OF THE GUYS is a quintessential 1980s teen film.

Just Another 80's Comedy

The Bottom Line: This movie is what it is: an 80's high school comedy, but it is a cut above the rest.
Review: But that's not necessarily a bad thing. As I've said in a couple of reviews before this, there are films I like to call Rainy Saturday Afternoon Movies, or RSAM's for short. Just One of the Guys fits perfectly into that category, yet it's just good...

The Bottom Line: An excellent movie with lots of humor. Recommended for anyone who wants a good laugh with a good plot.
Review: This movie is one of my all time favorites. It's one of those movies that just keeps me laughing every time I watch it, and I do watch it a lot. I've memorized many great quotes from it, but several wouldn't be appropriate to quote here. *smile*...
