Product Description

 
The word "quirky" has become the quick and easy way to describe films such as LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE and LARS AND THE REAL GIRL that straddle the lines between indie and studio films and comedy and drama. While JUNO fits into that same category, this distinctive dramedy is in a class all its own. JUNO; Up for Oscar's Best Film, Actress, Director, and Screenwriter

The Bottom Line: Though I don't consider this film Oscar material I do believe it to be quite entertaining, displaying excellent acting and direction and depicting moral courage.
Review: I was late seeing this film. It already made its first rounds. It's in theatres now and I'm happy the film Juno received a nod for Oscar nominations for Best Film Actress, Director, and Screenwriter. More about that in a bit.
