Really Works

The Bottom Line: First of all I know it works to build strength and endurance. Secondly it's a great change if you are stuck in a rut.

Review: This DVD will definitely give you a great workout! I bought this DVD to get into shape before my upcoming wedding. I've been doing for it for about a month now (about 3 times a week) on level 1 and have lost about 5 pounds.
