The JES9900BA slide-in electric range features multimode convection that includes five convection settings: Convect Bake, Convect Roast and Convect Pastry settings that deliver the ideal temperature, air flow and cooking cycle conditions for different types of food, providing precise control over results. The Drying and Thaw and Serve options also use convection air. Drying enables consumers to dry herbs, jerky, vegetables, fruits and flowers year-round, at home. Thaw and Serve thawa ready-to-serve frozen foods quickly and easily.

The Bottom Line: Avoid this range, it is overpriced for the poor performance.
