$250 less and Better than the Sony

The Bottom Line: Can't go wrong for the price. Lots of features, better than average low light image.

Avoid JVC camcorders!

The Bottom Line: JVC models have average features and good video quality, but they are useless when they brake. And they will brake. Avoid.
