Great Picture, Incredible Realism

The Bottom Line: Decide what the picture quality/customer service trade-off is for you before buying one.
Review: 3 months to the day of installation, the picture went out. Only one certified service provider is identified by Hitachi for our location. Due to holidays, it took 5 days to get them here. Within about 2 minutes of service provider's arrival, he knew...
