Dependable Ink from HP ? printing in Black 94

The Bottom Line: This black ink cartridge from HP has performed well for us, but it definitely has pros and cons.
Review: We own an HP Deskjet 5740 printer. That model machine uses the HP Black Ink - # 94 ink cartridges. These cartridges have pros and cons.

I have used the cheap refill cartridges in the past and found them to be more trouble than they are worth. In the end they probably cost more because I had to change them before all the ink was gone. HP cartridges work flawlessly and do the best job. They may be a few dollars more but are worth it in the end. Pros: Excellent print quality, Long lasting, Flawless operation Cons: Price
