Terrible for night, scenic or action photos. Huge shutter lag.

The Bottom Line: Avoid this, even if you need a cheaper camera. The pictures come out crisp but the backgrounds are dark and washed out. Terrible for night photos, sceneries and action shots.

The Bottom Line: Nice,handy,small unit, good pictures, camera shuts of after 5 min. of inactivity to conserve batteries. Manual recommends Photo Lithium batteries for longer life and more exposures.

The Bottom Line: I wouldn't suggest this camera because of available options now-adays.
Review: Well, my parents bought this camera about 3 years ago I think for all-around use. Sharp photos. However it was a bit noisy when turning on. It eats up battery, or it was just our camera but I would stick with rechargeable batteries. Get a memory...
