Broken Firmware, Horrible Tech Support, OK Hardware

The Bottom Line: Once it's set up it will probably work well, but initial problems are inexcusable.
Review: Bought the printer/scanner/fax in March of 2008 for use with Windows Vista. Mind you, this is more than a year after Vista is out. E-mailed HP before buying to verify that all functions work in Vista.
