HP Photosmart D7160

The Bottom Line: The quality of the prints is excellent and having individual ink cartridges for each color reduces long-term cost. I would easily recommend this printer to others.
Review: After 5 years of printing photos, my HP Photosmart 1115 had pretty much died. Since it served me well, it generated a repeat purchase of an HP product. I read the Sunday ads and then went comparison shopping.

Very Average Printer For Home Use

The Bottom Line: Having owned a HP printer prior to this I expected better quality than the D7160 offers. If you don't mind mediocre for home use it's OK for the price.

Photo printing for the masses...

The Bottom Line: If price is the ultimate factor, this is the cheapest HP with their newest print system. For a few more dollars, the D7360 adds the touch-screen.
Review: Please note - this is substantially the same printer, and same printer review as my Photosmart D7460 Review with updates specific to this model. All D74x0 models have the exact same internals.
