Look for something else

The Bottom Line: I cannot recommend this machine to anyone due to the poor service and the fact the machine broke in the first 2 months.
Review: FINAL UPDATE: We are now sending the machine back to WALMART. We have waited over 8 weeks for the machine to be repaired and have had no success in Haier sending the part to the Appliance Service center.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Now it has been 4...

The Bottom Line: Wait a few years when they get the bugs out of it, then buy.
Review: This machine was broken out of the box. Haier assured me that they don't ship bad machines but I've had this thing since March and I've used it maybe a total of 3 months out of 9. The rest of the time it's broken, waiting for parts, etc. I got no...

Do Not Buy Haier

The Bottom Line: Do Not Buy Haier! No help from customer service, hard to find repair service for it.
Review: A few weeks ago I bought a Haier XQG65-11SU, 14 lbs. capacity, brand new and it didn't work out of the box. It was a nightmare in trying to get it either fixed or replaced.
