Audiophiles Need Not Apply

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to use, charges USB devices, uses any FM frequency.

Cons: Static! Interference! Long wire runs for a wireless device.

The Bottom Line: Steer clear if you love music. Too much static. As a cheap transmitter for audiobooks, it might be an acceptable alternative. Decent USB car charger.

Review: The Griffin iTrip works. I'll give it that much credit. And, it goes without saying, for any wireless FM transmitter, that there are going to be some sacrifices in sound quality of the source. In that, the iTrip is not--unfortunately--unique. ...
