Efficient and Effective, Nice Unit

Pros: Significantly more efficient than my previous unit but less than rated. Also more convenient bucket.
Cons: To get proper operation must set unit to 2 hour timer cycle. Unknowledgeable customer support.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend due to its efficiency and ease of operation.

Worked fine - for a year

Pros: Nice tank size. Worked well until it stopped working.
Cons: Only worked for one year. Tank removal sticks occasionally. Only shipped with three wheels.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: This dehumidifier worked well, while it worked. Got it brand new last summer, hooked it back up this spring and it runs, sounds like it's working fine, but doesn't collect any water at all. No idea what's wrong. (yes, cleaned the air filter..)
