A bit more than just a gimick

The Bottom Line: Only buy this if you can get it cheap. If you need to declutter your home phone gear situation - It does the trick and looks good.
Review: I was skeptical when my wife brought this device home from London Drugs on a clear out price of about $40CDN. It looked too gimicky to be worth it - even at such a cheap price.

We had a hodge-podge of cordless phones and answering machines...

Review: I wanted this phone for a number of reasons. I needed a cordless in the kitchen and a speaker phone would be handy. I also needed a radio. The cordless phone is fine, the speaker phone is fair at best and the radio is abysmal.

GE Space-saver cordless phone

Review: Great idea, but that's it. Poor sound quality for speaker phone. Used it one day and answering machine mechanism went wrong. Ringer selection too loud and ugly..even on low. Returned it right away. Stick with Sony or other known brand.
