DON'T buy it from Air & Water !!!

Pros: Unit is small and can be mounted so it can swivel.

Cons: Quality is questionable. Being that the fan won't run, I don't really know yet.

Review: Bought this unit for my garage from Air & Water, Inc…..big mistake. Unit came pkg'd well and I paid to have it installed. Went to test it and it got hot, but the fan wouldn't run. There are instructions with the unit that states fan may not run ...
