I love my front load washer

Pros: Saves on soap/water/energy & very compact

Cons: Small door opening

The Bottom Line: Great washer, and saves a lot of space if you get the matching stackable dryer.

Pros: Huge water & Elec savings, QUIET, less detergent, stackable, looks very hip

Cons: Cost almost double for a top loader, toddlers can open the door

The Bottom Line: This washer pays for its added expense in 2 years, at 6 loads/wk, it works perfectly, is quiet, gets clothes drier than top loaders & just looks cool too :)
