Nothing but repair visits with this freezer

The Bottom Line: Avoid this freezer if you are in the market. It has tons of problems.
Review: UPDATE: It is now January 8, 2009. We've waited six months for the replacement freezer to be delivered. We can't tell you how much time this has taken in emails, phone calls, letters, etc. and how frustrating this all has been. Who needs this sort...
