Recorded on the "Tusk" tour, October 1979-September 1980. Fleetwood Mac: Lindsey Buckingham (vocals, guitar); Christine McVie (vocals, keyboards); Stevie Nicks (vocals); John McVie (bass); Mick Fleetwood (drums). Additional personnel: Ray Lindsey (guitar); Jeffrey Sova (keyboards); Tony Todaro (percussion). Producers: Fleetwood Mac, Richard Dashut, Ken Caillat. Recorded during the 1979-1980 Tusk tour, FLEETWOOD MAC LIVE is a 2-disc collection of performances from locations as far flung as Tokyo, Paris and London. This incarnation of Fleetwood Mac was at its creative peak as Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks took turns out front with nary a weak link in their respective compositions be it "Monday Morning," "Say You Love Me" or "Dreams." Although the bulk of material played during this tour was from the Buckingham/Nicks era of the band, the guitarist's hard-hitting take on "Oh Well" does justice to the blues legacy of Fleetwood Mac founder Peter Green.
