The Bottom Line: Well-intended and sincere, with moments of poignance, this flick is too slow and maudlin for my taste.
Review: Writers are often told to write "what you know," but success may depend on writing "who you know" or at least "who you want to cast."

A Journey into Love and Weight Loss

The Bottom Line: I recommend this for anyone whose NEVER had weight problems. Watch it with an overweight friend. They will thank you.
