The Coleman Exponent 4AA Pack-Away Lantern is not much larger than a deck of cards when in its closed position just 3 3/16-inches tall. Its clever Pack-Away design allows it to telescope open to a height of nearly 5 inches. Yet, it provides an uncommonly bright LED all-around illumination thanks to the technologically advanced LUXEON K2 LED and a highly efficient conical reflector. It's one of the first battery-powered lanterns that will fit in the palm of your hand. It has the brightness of a 3-watt LED with the battery drainage of a 1-watt LED. That translates to approximately 12 hours of run time on the low setting and six hours of run time on the brightest setting. The lantern also has an emergency strobe feature, which will run up to 75 hours on a fresh set of four AA batteries.
