An Inexpensive Vacuum for Hard Floors

The Bottom Line: A nice little vacuum for hard floors but don't count on it for carpeting.

The Eureka 166 Upright Vacuum is an interesting design; it converts from stick to handheld vacuum. There is no beater brush so it works especially well on hard flooring, but there is not a lot of power for cleaning carpets...
