Powerball: A new dynamic in exercise

The Bottom Line: I think it is great as an exercise device. It is different as well worth the money. Great for those who need good grips.

The Bottom Line: Get the Pro series and get a tachometer, it's a fun exercise tool and the results can be seen almost immediately. Excellent idea, not so great build quality.
